Meet Faith!

Faith was picked up by Animal Control after being hit by a car and she was transported to ACCT Philly. We were alerted to her critical condition and told that her owners were also notified but they didn't take her back.
We decided that we just had to help her so we quickly got her to our veterinarian for X-rays. We soon learned that she had several fractures and a collapsed lung.
Subsequent CT scan showed a break of the 7th lumbar vertebrae, some breaks in the right pelvis behind the hip, and breaks of the hip and joint socket on the left pelvis.
Surgery to repair the displaced fracture in her spine and repair of one hip joint and socket lasted a few hours. Just hours after surgery she was moving herself across the bed and urinating on her own!

She's an amazing little girl and we are hoping to be able to take all of her pain away and find her perfect forever family! She certainly deserves it!
If you'd like to help with her medical expenses, which are well into the thousands, tax-deductible donations can be made HERE

We are a small rescue doing great things and we receive no government funding or grants. We rely solely on donations from the public, and we greatly appreciate any help! Thank you!

Here's our miracle pup Wilma's Puppy Bowl story!!!! ❤️
Thank you Animal Planet for featuring us in a very special Pup Close segment!!

This has got to be one of our favorite things we've done as a rescue. We learned about a blind kitty who was scheduled to be euthanized. No brainer, we rescued him. I planned to foster him myself. Then I find out he had a foster family. So I reach out for details....  Turns out this little guy has a sister and they've been fostered together through a shelter since they were 3 weeks old, bottle fed and cared for by their awesome foster mom.  But then little Arthur got sick and the shelter he was fostered through couldn't help him, so his foster mom was forced to leave him at the shelter and they asked for rescue. Heartbreaking for this family as well as Arthur and his sister.  So guess what we did: Arthur and sister Polly are back together, now both part of New Life Animal Rescue, getting the very best of vet care and will soon be scheduled for much needed eye surgeries... and they are back with the foster family who loves them and will be adopting them!! 💕 ❤️This is rescue. If you would like to help us help Arthur and Polly and other helpless animals like them, tax-deductible donations can be made here: DONATE
