Chalotte

We were contacted by another rescue with 2 newborn pups in need of specialized care: Tiny Frenchie pups weighing just 7 oz, born with cleft palates & unable to nurse, requiring round-the-clock tube feedings.

We are known for our ability to care for the most critical cases & we immediately stepped in to save these babies.

Sadly, Wilbur had many health issues and we heartbreakingly lost him. Charlotte continued to thrive in our new incubator with our care & tube feedings every 2 hours.

At 16 weeks old she had surgery to repair her severe soft and hard palate defects and is recovering well!
Her lower esophageal sphincter is weak resulting in reflux / regurgitation if she’s not kept upright during, and shortly after, eating, so we feed her in a Bailey chair specially made for her, to help prevent aspiration.
